Chaithanya also publishes a bi-lingual monthly in Malayalam & English by the name 'Sight Kerala', aegis Chaithanya Sight Foundation. This folio has eye opening articles by the doctors at the hospital, doctors of repute from across the nation and globe, researchers, fellows, students, social workers and other intellectuals related to the field of eye.

The objective of the publication with more than 80% content in Malayalam is to educate the common man about the common diseases and disorders of the eye and the available treament methods. It also keeps track of the Foundation's activities like  charitable eye camps, screening school children for eye problems, the achievements-academic and otherwise of the doctors at Chaithanya, new appointments and the like.
